By using ReleaseNoteKit you agree that:

• You have permission to fetch commits from any repo URL you submit.
• You will review generated release notes before publishing or emailing them.
• You will not use ReleaseNoteKit to publish illegal, infringing, or hateful content.

Service availability

ReleaseNoteKit is provided on a best-effort basis. We may rate-limit or pause generation if GitHub or our AI provider is unavailable.

Refunds

ReleaseNoteKit is a one-time purchase per project. If generation fails on our side and we cannot fix it, email support@toolu.dev for a refund within 30 days.

Liability

ReleaseNoteKit is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from generated content. You are responsible for what you publish.
